CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Several Cleveland stores are only allowing two customers in at a time to try and curb crime.
“Theft over here is a big-time issue,” said assistant manager Leandra Chisholm. “A lot of people are making threats here; they are taking materials right out of the store.”
