WESTLAKE, Ohio (WJW) – Westlake police teamed up with federal authorities to apprehend members of an international theft ring that uses credit card skimmers to access the financial information of customers at stores and gas stations.
Investigators said it was on March 22 that members of the ring set their sights on the Market District store in Westlake.
