CLEVELAND — A man police say is believed to be a primary organizer of a street takeover last year has plead guilty to various crimes related to it.
Robert Polk, 18, pled guilty to fifth-degree felonies of aggravated riot and possessing criminal tools as well as fourth-degree felony of disrupting public services, according to a Cleveland Division of Police press release.
This is related to the street takeover that occurred from Sept. 28 to the early morning on Sept. 29, police say, “when a large group of individuals intentionally caused widespread disruption and fear throughout our city.”…
