CLEVELAND, Ohio — Neighborhood Family Practice’s new 10,000-square-foot facility, which recently opened on Cleveland’s West Side, will enable the center to serve more patients with a wider range of primary care, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health services, the organization said.
Neighborhood Family Practice Community Health Center moved its old facility at Lorain and West 117th Street to a larger location in the former CVS Pharmacy at Lorain Avenue and West 130th Street.
