Cleveland police seek cargo van involved in fatal hit-and-run; other 3 vehicles have been located

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are seeking the public’s help tracking down one of the four vehicles involved in a hit-and-run incident that killed a 63-year-old man on Thursday morning.

Police say three vehicles fled the scene after the pedestrian was struck and killed while crossing Denison Avenue at the intersection with Ridge Road. Investigators say the other three involved vehicles have been found as of Sunday.

The Cleveland Division of Police released the following description of the remaining suspect vehicle:

  • 2014 Nissan NV Cargo Van
  • White in color
  • Ohio license plate PJM-8686
  • Marked with red lettering on the windows that reads: “Clifton Cleaners”
