Keyshia Cole tour celebrates 20 years since ‘The Way It Is’ debut

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Oakland-bred singer-songwriter-reality TV star Keyshia Coles will be celebrating the anniversary of her platinum debut album “The Way It Is” with the “The Way It Is 20th Anniversary Tour,” which includes a stop at Rocket Arena on Sunday, July 6. Cole will hit town with Washington D.C. rapper Wale and Chicago singer-songwriter Tink opening. Tickets fo on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 25 at rocketarena.com.

Cole, known for her big emotionally vulnerable torch ballads and breakup songs has earned the title of “Princess of R&B and Hip Hop.” Cole’s most recent album of new tunes was 2017’s “11:11 Reset” made a big splash. The album featured the hits “I Changed My Mind,” the Top 30 peaking “I Should Have Cheated,” and “Love.” The latter tune topped the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart and reached platinum status. The album’s success also led Cole to star in a successful reality TV show, “Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is.”…
