Cleveland Police searching for 2 suspects who ‘intentionally struck’ 37-year-old

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection to a vehicular homicide.

According to the Cleveland Police Department (CPD), the homicide happened at the intersection of E. 149th Street and Kinsman Road on Monday around 7:35 p.m.

Police said the victim, Norman Duncan, 37, was walking away from a dispute when the suspects got into a vehicle, mounted the curb, and allegedly intentionally struck Duncan.

The first suspect, Ann Marie Clayton, is 5′5″, 180 pounds, with lack hair and brown eyes, according to CPD.
