$18 million Cleveland housing project welcomes young adults facing homelessness

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A new affordable housing development hopes to serve young adults experiencing homelessness.

The Lotus, located at 1415 E. 45th Street in the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood, is a 50-unit apartment project developed by CHN Housing Partners, and Emerald Development and Economic Network.

Described as a “first of its kind” in Cleveland, the building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments for adults between 18 and 24 years of age, as well as their kids, a press release said…
