MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — Officers responded to Raising Cane’s at 10:23 p.m. April 18 regarding a disturbance and learned that a man, 58, had been punched in the head while inside his vehicle.
The victim said the suspect was an occupant in a car of younger people who had parked in an ADA spot despite not having a placard.
