Cleveland Man Sentenced For West Virginia Drug Trafficking

WHEELING, W.VA.- A 35-year-old Cleveland, Ohio, man will be spending nearly the next 6 years in federal prison after being sentenced on Tuesday for distributing illicit narcotics in the Northern District of West Virginia.
On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, Antonio D. Moncrief, also known as “Tone,” 35, of Cleveland, Ohio, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge John Preston Bailey to 71 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release for his previously entered guilty plea to Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Fentanyl.
