A caller reported a driver cut her off and was brake checking her on May 5. She said the other driver stopped, got out of the car and she was blocking him in. Dispatch advised the caller to leave the area and drive home. The other driver called a short time later and reported the woman had followed him home while driving aggressively, tried to run him off the road and continued to harass him before leaving the area…
