EUCLID, Ohio (WOIO) – Angel James is a single mother of three living in a one-bedroom apartment, the back of a home on Cleveland’s near west side.
“It’s just not big enough for us,” James explains. “And that’s why I’m so frustrated with Euclid Apartments.”
