CLEVELAND (WJW) — Emergency crews were called to the scene of a deadly rollover crash that took place in Cleveland Monday evening.
The crash occurred after 8 p.m. in the 6300 block of Kenyon Avenue. According to Cleveland police, the driver of the vehicle, identified as 41-year-old Daniel Grzelak of Cleveland, was found underneath the vehicle and was not breathing.

Upon their arrival, Cleveland EMS pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
An initial police investigation found that the man drove off the road “for an unknown” reason, striking a tree and then hit a house. The impact caused the man to be ejected from the car and it landed on top of him, Cleveland police reported.
