CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cracks and holes on a street continue to cause issues, but people living in the neighborhood are left to watch the holes grow as a solution remains missing.
“You know, it could cave in at any time,“ said Delrone Brown. ”Just think about what could happen to someone that don’t know that’s there and could be speeding a little bit.”
Brown lives on Penrose Avenue and says three weeks ago, a broken pipe under the street led to some work in the neighborhood…
