PARMA, Ohio — Parma City Schools Board of Education this morning (May 23) announced its intention to appoint Scott Hunt as the district’s new superintendent.
A press release states: “Dr. Hunt brings with him over 35 years of experience in education, including a distinguished career as a superintendent. His depth of knowledge and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to move our district forward.
“The Board of Education worked diligently and thoughtfully throughout the selection process to ensure we chose the right leader for our community, and we are confident that Dr. Hunt is the ideal person to guide us into the future.”
Hunt comes to a district that last passed a new money levy in 2011…
