Blighted area of East Cleveland undergoes major cleanup

EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The area of Elderwood and Chapman Avenues has been a haven for illegal dumping for years, now it’s hardly recognizable after an effort to clean it up.

Nearly $2 million from the Cuyahoga County Land Bank went to demolishing dozens of blighted properties.
