CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Downtown Cleveland is known to have parking problems during games and busy events.
People have reported car break ins or smashed windows. Some even had their vehicle stolen.
Mayor Justin Bibb’s administration says they want to see a stop to this…
