FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio — Wednesday marks exactly six years since the brutal murders of Kate Brown and Carnell Sledge. Despite years of investigations, the case has still not been solved, however authorities are promising they won’t stop until they get the victims’ families closure.
“I just want everybody to know that we have not given up and nor will we give up,” Cleveland Metroparks Police Chief Kelly Stillman said in an interview. “With homicide investigations, some are real and easy, some are very challenging. This falls into the very challenging category.”
