‘Not going back to prison:’ Elyria man breaks deputy’s ribs in courtroom brawl: WATCH

LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – An Elyria suspect accused of stabbing a man in the face broke a Lorain County Sheriff’s deputy’s ribs during a fight in the courtroom Thursday.

41-year-old Andrew Davison was found guilty and sentenced Thursday to 15 to 20 years in prison for the stabbing.

In video of the Lorain County courtroom, Davison can be seen starting to walk out of the room.

Lorain County Sheriff Jack Hall also told 19 News Davison said, “I’m not going back to prison again, you’re going to have to kill me,” before the fight…
