‘Say yes to the pet’: Cleveland APL slashes adoption fees

CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Cleveland Animal Protective League is now offering potential adoptive families a hot deal on a new pup.

From Monday, June 23 through Sunday, June 29, the group is running its Say Yes to the Pet promotion, slashing adoption fees by 50% for all animals as they’re running out of space at their facility.

‘Becoming more outraged’: Are animal abuse rates going up in Northeast Ohio?

“Our shelter is full of incredible animals who are just waiting for someone to say ‘yes’ to them,” Sharon Harvey, President & CEO of the Cleveland APL said in a statement. “Every animal deserves a second chance at a happy life. If you are considering adoption, now is the best time.”

Adopting a new pet right now, means you’ll get a new friend that is vetted, licensed and ready to come home with you.
