Cleveland police investigating two stabbings and a double shooting: I-Team

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland police confirm to the Fox 8 I-Team they are investigating a double shooting and two stabbings that happened since Friday evening.

According to police, two stabbing incidents including one involving a 70-year-old victim took place Saturday evening.

Police say the elderly man was involved in an altercation and stabbed in the 1300 block of E. 85th St.  The victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition and a suspect has been arrested.

Also, on Saturday, a 30-year-old male was stabbed on E. 30th St. The victim is in stable condition.  It is not known if any arrests were made in this case. Detectives are continuing to investigate both cases.

And on Friday around 6:38 p.m., officers received a call for shots fired in the 1300 block of East 117th St.  Two 55-year-old males were transported to the hospital.  One male was pronounced deceased at the hospital, the second victim is in stable condition. Homicide detectives are investigating…
