PARMA, Ohio (WJW)— A Cleveland man accused of deliberately running over and killing a 62-year-old Lakewood man during an argument at Big Creek Reservation is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning.
Faraj N. Sabeiha, 33, is charged with murder. He’s scheduled to appear in Parma Municipal Court at 11:30 a.m.
