Man wanted for allegedly shooting Cleveland baby, paralyzing mother

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – U.S. Marshals announced a reward Monday in connection to the capture of a man who allegedly shot a baby and his mother, leaving the mother paralyzed.

Marshals identified the fugitive as Duevelle Anderson, 43.

According to Cleveland police, the shooting happened Sept. 19, 2022 in the 1500 block of Crawford Avenue.
