CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga County prosecutors Thursday dropped felony charges against a teacher accused of stalking her former boyfriend.
Hannah Freeman, 27, the daughter of North Ridgeville Police Chief Michael Freeman, was indicted on five felony counts in November, including menacing by stalking, identity fraud and theft of drugs.
