WESTLAKE, Ohio – Multiple callers at 9 p.m. on June 24 told Westlake police that a car flipped over on Dover Center Road at the intersection of Hilliard Boulevard as a result of a two-car crash.
Investigating officers discovered that one car was traveling along Dover Center Road when another car traveling on Hilliard Boulevard entered the intersection after disobeying a red light, according to a police department statement.
