CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Police are investigating after a man was shot Tuesday morning on the city’s East side.
The shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. in the area of E. 109th Street and Union Avenue.
That is in the city’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
The person who called 911 was told to do CPR until first responders arrived…
