CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The former lawyer accused of killing his client Aliza Sherman, has a hearing in front of Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Kira Krivosh Wednesday.
On July 3, Gregory Moore posted a $2 million bond and on July 7, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley filed an emergency motion to request GPS monitoring for Moore.
Moore’s attorney, Jon Paul Rion, said the full $2 million was paid with funds from a bail bondsman and community members “who believe in his innocence.”
