1 teen dead, another injured in Cleveland shooting: Police

CLEVELAND (WJW) – One teen is dead and another was injured after a shooting in Cleveland on Thursday evening, police officials said.

Around 6:55 p.m., officers with the Cleveland Police Third District responded to calls for shots fired in the 2500 block of E. 49th Street.

When they got there, officers found that two teens — believed to be 15 and 16 — were both shot, Cleveland police said.

The teenage boys were taken by Cleveland EMS to an area hospital, where the teen believed to be 16 years old later died from his injuries…
