ELYRIA, Ohio (WJW) — A wanted man who has eluded police since early February was finally arrested on Friday, according to a news release.
During his Feb. 3 arrest on felony warrants, Donte Jamar Parker II, 24, of Elyria, reportedly fled from officers while still handcuffed, FOX 8 News previously reported.

Elyria police just before noon on Friday, July 18, learned Parker had been sighted near the intersection of Riverside Drive and 11th Street, according to a news release.
They spotted Parker fleeing from a residence and one officer chased him on foot into a wooded area and across the Black River, according to the release. That officer ultimately tackled him…
