CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – U.S. Marshals announced a reward Monday for the capture of a Cleveland man wanted for murder.
Marshals say Waymon Donat Jr. is accused in a fatal shooting in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood.
Marshals describe Donat, 19, as about 5-foot-4 and 180 pounds.
He is known to spend time in Cleveland…
