MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – Mentor police say officers arrested a serial thief wanted nationwide Thursday at the local Ulta Beauty store.
Paula Andrea Lopez-Correa is accused of stealing more than $81,000 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty locations across the country.
