WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) – A deadly crash shut down Erie Street in the Downtown Willoughby Historic District on Monday morning.
The Willoughby Police Department confirmed an employee was up in a “red cherry picker truck” working on the DavEd Jewelers sign at 4137 Erie St.
