LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) – U.S. Marshals said Monday a reward is available in connection to the capture of a Northeast Ohio fugitive on the run.
Marshals said Darryl Hicks is wanted by four agencies for a variety of allegations.
The accusations against him include robbery and intimidation, plus parole and drug violations.
