WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WJW) — A box truck struck a lift-bucket truck parked in downtown Willoughby on Monday morning, ejecting the person inside the lift bucket, according to city police.
That person was severely injured and later pronounced dead at a hospital, Willoughby Police Detective Lt. John Begovic told FOX 8 News.

Willoughby police and fire units responded just before 10 a.m. to the scene, in front of a jewelry store in the 4100 block of Erie Street in downtown Willoughby, Begovic said.
The box truck was headed north on Erie Street when it struck the extension of the lift bucket as it passed by the work truck, he said. The collision caused the person inside the lift bucket to be thrown out, into a car parked across the street, according to Begovic…
