The Cleveland Division of Police recently apprehended two suspects in connection with a spate of armed robberies throughout the city. On July 16, the 2nd & 3rd District Violent Crime Reduction Task Force (VCRT), along with several law enforcement partners, managed to arrest Tayvionn Elliott, 20, and Mickey Hodge, 22, who were allegedly linked to a series of crimes involving a black Honda Civic.
