Grammy award-winning rapper Charles Scruggs, better known as “Wish Bone” of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, hosted a backpack giveaway in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
Kids were given backpacks ahead of returning to school.
