CLEVELAND (WJW) — When Emily Beauford moved to Cleveland from Minnesota, she expected some culture shock. But not at the curb.
In May, Beauford received a $100 ticket in the mail, citing a trash violation from back in February.
“We got the ticket in May but it was for February,” Beauford said.
