Longtime Oberlin police officer Billie Neadham’s death in May was the result of lung and heart disease, Lorain County Coroner Dr. Frank Miller said Friday.
Neadham, 54, was the department’s school resource officer, or SRO, working with youths in and out of Oberlin Schools. He was found dead May 9 at his Lorain home, and Miller said an investigation revealed his death was the result of natural causes.
