Euclid City Council denied developers’ request for a zoning use variance for a $55 million re-development of the Euclid Office and Medical Plaza into rental multi-family residential apartments.
The plaza, a 200,000-square-foot office tower located at 26250 Euclid Ave,. is currently home to several businesses and is the site of the largest array of solar panels in the city. They were added after the tower was bought by Haim and Amanda Mayan who operate Euclid Office Campus, LLC, the listed applicant for the project.
