Vigil set for victim in mass shooting that left 2 dead, 2 East Cleveland Police officers injured

EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A candlelight vigil and balloon release is set for one of the victims of the mass shooting that killed two people and injured two East Cleveland Police officers.

On Aug. 7, Erik Sharp, 22, and his grandfather, Charles Roscoe, 82, were fatally shot during a domestic dispute, according to police.
