MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – Two people are now in custody after a 28-year-old was fatally shot Saturday while loading groceries into his car at a Maple Heights Giant Eagle.
According to a release from the Maple Heights Police Department (MHPD), 28-year-old Timothy Kappenhagen died just before 7 a.m. on Sunday from his injuries.
