On July 1 a resident reported that a man on the roof of a neighboring apartment building was yelling at another man below. Concerned that the two men were fighting, he called the police.
Officers discovered the men were not fighting, but working on the roof of the apartment building. However, when they identified the men, one of them was wanted by a nearby city on an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and turned over to the Brooklyn Police Department…
