CLEVELAND, Ohio – Sweeping federal changes to Medicaid and food assistance programs could strip thousands of families of their healthcare and benefits starting this fall, and officials say residents need to be prepared.
To help recipients understand the local impact, the county is hosting an information session from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 8 at the Jerry Sue Thornton Center, 2500 E. 22nd St., Cleveland.
