CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) police launched an investigation late Friday after two people were shot near an apartment building.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. at CMHA’s 6201 Haltnorth Walk in Cleveland.
