Chick-fil-A announces up to 30 new locations in Ohio

OHIO — Chick-fil-A is planning a significant expansion in Ohio, with as many as 30 new restaurants expected to open by the end of 2027, the company announced Monday.

The new locations are projected to create up to 3,000 jobs statewide, adding to more than 80 Chick-fil-A restaurants already operating in Ohio.

Chick-fil-A opened its first Ohio location in Cleveland in 1979. In Northeast Ohio, new restaurants in Alliance and North Canton are scheduled to open this fall, with additional sites planned for downtown Cleveland, Broadview Heights, Aurora, Akron, Stow, Streetsboro, and New Philadelphia in the coming years…
