CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland man guilty of killing one woman and seriously injuring her sister while driving under the influence, was sentenced Wednesday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Maureen Clancy sentenced Juan Soto to a minimum of 13 years in prison and a maximum of 18 years in prison.
