CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A homicide investigation is underway after the body of a missing Cleveland man was found wrapped up in a sheet in his own backyard, 19 Investigates has learned.
According to records from the Cleveland Division of Police, officers responded to a home in the 7700 block of Melrose Avenue around 9 p.m. Saturday to conduct welfare check.
