A Euclid staple establishment has entered a new chapter as Classic Custard at 499 E 260th St. welcomes new owners and a fresh name. Charles “Sweet” Jackson and Rosalin “Roz” Wynn, both proud residents of Euclid, have taken the helm, renaming the cherished establishment “SweetRoz Classic Custard.” Despite the change in ownership, fans of the iconic custard haven can breathe a sigh of relief—SweetRoz is committed to preserving the original custard recipes that have delighted patrons for over 25 years.
“We’re so happy to be right here in our own neighborhood,” said Rosalin Wynn, the “Roz” in SweetRoz. “We’re excited to breathe new life into this area and put our own spin on it.”
The legacy of Classic Custard is a rich one, having been lovingly run by Barb and Don Maver for decades.
