Sherwin-Williams receives occupancy permit from Cleveland city officials

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Sherwin-Williams has received their initial occupancy permit from Cleveland city officials for their global headquarters in downtown.

According to the Greater Cleveland Partnership, phased move-ins are set to begin later this year on the first 13 floors.

Full occupancy, with more than 3,000 employees, is expected by early 2026…
