CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 15-year-old boy who was shot by police while allegedly driving a stolen car, was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Thursday.
Jahmez Johnson was indicted on the charges of aggravated robbery, robbery, felonious assault, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, theft, and receiving stolen property after he was bound over from Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.
Johnson pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $100,000. He will be back in court on Sept. 17…
